Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden has signed on to guest star on the hit U.S. show The Naked Brothers Band,
Nickelodeon announced Monday.
Madden will appear in the Feb. 16 episode of the popular TEENick mockumentary comedy series, starring real-life brothers Nat and Alex Wolff.
The half-hour installment, titled Talk Show,
includes the debut of the group's latest song, Proof of My Love,
which is one of 14 original Naked Brothers
tracks to be rolled out during the show's second season.
Season two of our hit series 'The Naked Brothers Band' is off to a tremendous start, and we're psyched to have rocker Joel Madden as our first celebrity guest,
Nickelodeon's Marjorie Cohn said in a statement. Nat and Alex are kids who are real rock stars. With their cross-over success from hit film and TV show to top CD sales, their musical future couldn't be brighter.
I grew up watching Nickelodeon as a kid and am so excited to have the chance to guest star on 'The Naked Brothers Band,'
said Madden. Being in Good Charlotte with my brother as my musical partner echoes a similarity to Nat and Alex that I am thrilled to be a part of.
