Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes may welcome a new baby in their lives.

The couple is desperate for another child. And you know Tom, if he is up for something, he will do that.

Reports tell that the couple is looking for a medical advice following a series of failed attempts to conceive a second child.

The couple has a daughter Suri born in April 2006 and would like to have a son.

The couple is ready to visit a specialist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles later this month to find the problem.

The actress seems really upset about that. And it is a hard feeling for a wife to want to have a son. 
"She says they've been trying since the summer, but it just hasn't happened for them yet. Katie and Tom sat down and had a heart-to-heart and decided it might be worth her going to see the doctor to get checked out," a report said.

Suri Cruise was invited to voice German polar bear Knut in an animated film of his life.

The animal became a national icon in Germany after he was rejected by his mother at Berlin Zoo - in the adaptation, according to producer Ash R. Shah.

Suri isn't the only celebrity child to have started her acting career early.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt was cast as the daughter of Brad's character in his film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button when she was just ten months old.
