Have you heard about Gemma Arterton? Well, if you did not, you will, at least from the next James Bond franchise.
Actress Gemma Arterton of the show 'St Trinian' will be the next Bond girl.
Thesun.co.uk reports that the 22-year old beat 1,500 other women to co-star with
Daniel Craig in the movie tentatively titled Bond 22.
According to the Daily Mail, Gemma learned of her success only this week and has been sworn to secrecy until the complete cast is revealed later this month. The Sun claims that Gemma sent her mother Sally a text saying: "I got Bond!" Interestingly enough, Mother Craig also broke the news of her son being cast as James Bond.
The producer team choosing her said that she has a modern look, and she will be the next interested love of agent 007. Filming starts in January.
For Gemma this will be the second movie, as she made her film debut in the 2007 St Trinian's movie St Trinian's as Head Girl Kelly, a role she gained in competition with Sienna Miller.
Well, we shall wait for some comments from Daniel Craig, to see how he agrees this, cause anyway he will love her, of course in the movie.
