Pompeo, Ivery marry in New York
"Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo has married her record-producer fiance Chris Ivery in New York, the Boston Globe reported.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg acted as their witness at the low-key ceremony, performed Friday at City Hall by a municipal clerk. "We have a lot in common," Pompeo told People magazine. "We're from the same hometown, almost." Pompeo is from Everett, Mass., Ivery is from Boston and Bloomberg is a native of Medford, Mass.
