Kate Hudson officially divorced

Kate Hudson officially is divorced after a Los Angeles judge signed off on their divorce papers on Thursday.

The ex couple were together since 2000, and Chris Robinson filed for divorce in November 2006.

The pair has agreed to joint custody of their 3-year-old son, Ryder.

Since splitting from Robinson, Hudson has been romantically linked to Owen Wilson.
However, she has said that she and Robinson have maintained an amicable relationship for the sake of their son.

"For both Chris and me, our main focus is, and was, Ryder. And happy parents, happy baby," she recently told Harper's Bazaar. "Therefore, I love Chris to pieces."

Hudson will next be seen starring opposite Matthew McConaughey in the comedy “Fool's Gold”, slated for release in February 2008.
