Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Israeli model Bar Rafaeli have parted ways after dating for more than a year, People.com reported Tuesday.

A source told the magazine the glamorous couple ended their relationship "on great terms."

"The relationship ran its course," the source said. "It's bad enough having a cross-country relationship, but it's obviously a lot more difficult trying to maintain a relationship across oceans, and across continents, when both of them are very busy. They ended on great terms. He's a great guy, and she's very sweet. These things happen. They had fun."

Confirmation of the break-up comes amid reports Rafaeli was spotted with pro surfer Kelly Slater in Israel over the weekend, People.com said.  // Copyright 2007 by United Press International
