Penn, Wilde, Jacobson to stay in 'House'

Kal Penn, Olivia Wilde and Peter Jacobson will be series regulars for the rest of this season of the U.S. medical drama, "House," Zap2it.com reported Thursday.

Characters portrayed by Penn, Wilde and Jacobson are among the dozens of doctors that arrogant, brilliant Dr. House, played by Hugh Laurie, has been interviewing to replace the team of diagnosticians (played by Jennifer Morrison, Jesse Spencer and Omar Epps) that left his department for various reasons last season.

The characters played by Morrison, Spencer and Epps all returned in some capacity in this week's episode and will continue to play regular roles on the series, Zap2it.com said. // Copyright 2007 by United Press International
