Matthew McConaughey tops Beach Bums list

Matthew McConaughey has topped a new list of Hollywood 'Beach Bums'. According to Star Pulse, the “Sahara” star, who regularly appears shirtless on Malibu Beach in Los Angeles, beat Paris Hilton and Cameron Diaz to claim the crown as king of the shore.

Editors at In Touch Weekly magazine chose the actor as their boy of summer 2007 because he's a true surfer dude.

"What better way to enjoy summer than at the beach? I get out there at 5am.," McConaughey said.
