Sylvester Stallone was charged

Sylvester Stallone was charged with illegally taking a performance enhancing drug into Australia, according to FemaleFirst.

Stallone wasn’t present when he received the charge of importing a forbidden substance in a Sydney court.

The case was suspended until April 24 when the “Rocky” star’s legal representatives will be asked to enter an appeal.

The 60-year-old Hollywood actor and his staff were stopped at Sydney airport on February 16 when they flew in to promote his newest movie “Rocky Balboa”.

Members of the party were found to be carrying vials of muscle enhancing Human Growth Hormone, that can't be imported to Australia without a permit from the Therapeutic Goods Administration, which was seized by authorities.

The actor's hotel room and private jet were searched, before he was permitted to leave the country.
