Oliver Martinez introduced Israeli model Sarai Givati to his family in December, 2 months before his break up with Kylie Minogue, according to ANI.
French actor’s relatives said that he was in awe with Givati, when he was still pursuing a relationship with Kylie Minogue, for they separated in February this year.
French traditions that when a man introduces a woman to his family, it means they are more than just good friends.
"French custom is such that when a man introduces a female friend to the family they're more than just good friends," a source said quoted by News of the World.
Givati has all the qualities that the French actor looks for in his women.
"Sarai is beautiful and intelligent - all the qualities Olivier loves in a woman. We thought she was fantastic," the source added.
But, when Martinez and the model were pictured, he claimed they were 'just good friends'.
The actor's father confirmed Martinez's love for the model, and said that Oliver is free to spend time with his lady.
"Yes, he's still seeing her - he's entitled to spend time with whoever he likes," said Robert.
