Kate Winslet used this year's Academy Awards to treat her family to an unusual leave.
As FemaleFirst notes the Oscar-nominated actress for her role in “Little Children”, invited husband Sam Mendes, and her two young kids, Mia and Joe, to join her at the annual awards.
"It's half-term (vacation) for my kids, so it made sense to turn the Oscars into a family holiday. We've been swimming and done lots of visits to places the kids loved”, said the “Titanic” star.
