The legendary designer's pre-Oscar debut at gazillionaire Ron Burkle's estate was, as one seasoned fashionista described it, "intense."

The evening included a showing of the Giorgio Armani Privé Spring Summer 2007 Collection.

"There was a celebrity in every seat in the front rows. It was overwhelming", one guest said.

As FemaleFirst notes the 400 attendees were: Lance Armstrong, Cate Blanchett, Beyoncé, Adrien Brody, Naomi Campbell, Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Penélope Cruz, Faye Dunaway, Clint Eastwood, Andy Garcia, Al Gore, Josh Hartnett, Katie Holmes, Anjelica Huston, Angie Harmon, Anne Hathaway, Lauren Hutton, Joshua Jackson, Quincy Jones, Chris Kattan, Anthony Kiedis, Diane Kruger, Jason Lewis, Olivier Martinez, Debi Mazar, Dylan McDermott, Helen Mirren, Sandra Oh, Clive Owen, Sidney Poitier, Natalie Portman, Martin Scorsese, Channing Tatum, John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Gore Vidal, Dita Von Teese, Mark Wahlberg, Mischa Barton and Ziyi Zhang.
