Ghosts don't scare Mandy; Keaton does
NEW YORK, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Skydiving and spooky houses aren't scary, working with Oscar winner Diane Keaton is, singer-actress/singer Mandy Moore said on CBS' Late Show in New York.
Skydiving was a serene experience, Moore said, adding she was amazed at the quiet just after her parachute opened, CBS said. The 22-year-old Moore said she was only slightly afraid when she stayed at a recording studio built in an old house in Woodstock, N.Y., where she was working on an album due out in the spring. She said she was told the house was haunted and experienced phenomenon that couldn't be explained any other way. As soon as I arrived in my part of the house I walked around to every room saying, 'I'm just here for a couple of months and I'm here to do something real and creative, so please don't scare me, please leave me alone,' Moore told Late Night host David Letterman. Moore said one thing did make her very nervous -- starring opposite Keaton in the upcoming film Because I Said So, which opens Feb. 2. Diane truly is on a pedestal to me. I love her, Moore said. // Copyright 2007 by United Press International Publication date: 25 January 2007 Source: Archive
