As FemaleFirst notes, Stephanie Vergniault filed suit in a Paris court last year stating the political drama, for which Clooney picked up a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award, was based on her screenplay Oversight.
Vergniault's case was dismissed on the grounds she had presented not enough evidence and now she's trying her luck again when the suit is re-opens next month.
"I am very sure of the case”, said Vergniault.
