Jennifer Lopez makes clear over Scientology conversion

Moldova.ORG -- Jennifer Lopez insisted the reason she was hanging out with Scientologists as Tom Cruise and Leah Remini, is just because she get pleasure from their friendship.

J. Lo sparked off rumors that she was going to be the controversial religion's latest high profile convert after she and husband were seen spending a lot of time in Cruise and wife Katie Holmes' company, as ANI reports.

Lopez spokeswoman Leslie Sloane Zelnick insists that there's no truth to the reports, and stated that the Catholic actress hasn’t converted.

"Jennifer is not a Scientologist", said Zelnick quoted by the New York Daily News.

Zelnick added that the reason why Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony not only attended Cruise and Holmes' wedding, but were also spending a lot of time socializing with the couple and their Scientologist friends, is because she happens to like them.

"These are people that she likes and admires. It doesn't mean anything more or anything less," insisted Zelnick.
