Moldova.ORG -- “Casino Royale” is to become the first James Bond film to be granted a release in China, 45 years after the polished spy first came to the screen.
Scenes of international espionage and 007 agent love of women prompted Chinese censors to reject film after film.
But not this time!
"Everyone has seen James Bond movies on pirated DVDs, so expectations are high.The fact it's the first Bond makes it much more important - after 45 years, 21 films, this is finally the first one in China", says Sony Pictures China's general manager Li Chow.
