Gwyneth Paltrow mother Blythe Danner adores London at Christmas as it reminds her of childhood holidays.
Danner visited her actress daughter and her family in London last year and she is set to do this as well this year. She just can't wait for the English capital to turn into a winter wonderland of carolers and well-mannered taxi drivers.
"I love London. Last Christmas I was there and I couldn't get over it; I felt like I was back in my childhood (in New York) because there were carolers coming to the house. Once in a while you'd get a group of carolers in the states but, in London, I had at least six or seven sets of carolers coming to our door”, said Paltrow mother quoted by Contactmusic.
"I had at least six or seven taxi drivers dressed as gentlemen who were playing Christmas music and waited for me to get in the house. This feels like how I grew up as a girl; it was very civilized. I loved it", added Mrs. Danner.
