It is said that Nicole Kidman's space strange film “The Invasion” from Warner Bros to be released next year is a pessimistic venture.
A loose remake of the cult classic "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" the science fiction flick was allegedly screened with test audiences to dull results, but Warner Bros maintained that no testing was done, as ANI reports.
"They are doing mostly second-unit reshoots now, and there has been no testing," a Warner Bros rep told New York Post.
Kidman plays a Washington psychiatrist who discovers the origin of an alien epidemic. More she finds out her son's supernatural powers might be the only way it can be stopped
Kidman suffered a series of failures this year including “Bewitched” and “The Interpreter” and Warner Bros latest “Blood Diamond” starring Leonardo DiCaprio took less than $10 million in the opening weekend.
