Jennifer Garner thinks she has become "physically unfit" since becoming a mother, admitting seeing her nude reflection in the mirror sends trembles down the spine, according to ANI.

Jennifer wore a skin-tight cat suit for the action-packed movie "Elecktra," but says her body is in terrible shape since she gave birth to husband Ben Affleck's daughter Violet a year ago.

"I'm in the worst shape ever. My trainer just shakes her head and says, 'This is a disaster'. I am as physically unfit as I've probably been in my whole life. It's such a horror in front of the mirror with no clothes on," said Garner.

The “Alias” star says that her remaining pregnancy weight keeps sparking rumors that she is having another baby.

The actress has also laughed off rumors that she and Affleck will soon be getting another visit from the stork, insisting that her 'baby bump' is just flab.

"No, everyone calm down. Nobody's pregnant. You still have that little bit of extra skin, know what I mean? But still, it's enough for people to think that you're knocked up", said Jennifer.
