Cameron Diaz wants a nose job.

As miami.com notes that’s not for cosmetic reasons, but because she can't breathe.

''I'm getting it fixed. I can't take it. I cannot breathe at all. One side of my nose is totally shattered -- my septum is basically like a train derailed'', says Diaz, who broke her nose for the fourth time while surfing a few years ago.

There is some thing that Diaz wishes to change the most! That is paparazzi attention.

''Something happened in our industry, in our society, and there was an explosion of this really aggressive group of people,'' said Diaz.

Diaz and her boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, have developed a reputation for being especially prickly with photographers after having several run-ins with them.

In September, they filed a police report charging a photographer with assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly trying to hit them with his car.

''I'm a very private person. My dad taught me how to fight when I was a kid. When somebody comes at you, you defend yourself'', told Diaz.
