The ex- “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston revealed that habitual yoga sessions helped her rid herself of the pain she suffered following her break up from actor Brad Pitt.
According to newkerala.com Aniston says that working with celebrity trainer Mandy Ingber, she developed a habit that helped her bring her mind and body back in shape.
As Self magazine notes, Aniston said that she had "emotions she needed to move" before starting yoga, adding, "I was in need of being scooped up."
She also mentioned musicians as Seal, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, and Alicia Keys, whose tunes inspired her while doing yoga.
