Dustin Hoffman almost changed his trademark shapely nose as a teenager; as his mother told him he would be happier if he underwent cosmetic surgery, according to Contactmusic.
“The Graduate” legend was nearly convinced by his parent, who had just undergone the painful procedure herself.
"When I was a teenager, when my mum got her nose job, I remember she wanted me to get one too. “She said I would be happier", remembers Hoffman.
