Cameron Diaz and Jim Carrey is to reunite in the romantic comedy "A Little Game" only few weeks before shooting was due to start, as Daily News reports.
Diaz and Carrey is to appear on screen for the first time since starring in 1994's "The Mask", but pulled out because of unhappiness with the storyline, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The film, which was due to begin be shot this month is a remake of the French film "Un petit jeu sans consequence", based on a play by Jean Dell and Gerald Sibleyras.
The film story is about a couple who was happily married for five years. They strangely decide to play a trick on their friends by pretending to break up.
In this way the couple discovers that family and most of their friends never thought they belonged together in the first place.
