Kate Beckinsale and Adam Sandler's romantic comedy “Click” topped the UK and Ireland box office chart, earning over the weekend £1.79m, according to BBC News.
In the movie, Sandler is an overworked architect who finds he can fast-forward and rewind his life.
The ex-Baywatch star, David Hasselhoff is Sandler’s boss.
Animated “Little Red Riding Hood” tale Hoodwinked took the second place, gathering £1.76m.
Oliver Stone's “World Trade Center” came third with £1.66m on its first weekend.

“Children of Men”, dropped to number four in the Screen International chart, earning £957,119, while “The Queen”, starring Helen Mirren, fell from second position to t five, with total admission money of £803,372.
Urban music movie “Life & Lyrics” made its debut at just No.12 in the chart.
