According to CBS and Associated Press, a judge has ordered Bobby Brown arrested if he steps foot in Massachusetts after he failed with the child support payments this Monday.

Bobby Brown's attorney tells WCVB-TV that it's a "very difficult time" for the performer.

"He was not available to be arrested because he had other engagements on the West Coast," his attorney Phaedra Parks told The ShowBuzz Monday. Parks said an arrest warrant was issued.

Bobby Brown's tumultuous marriage to singer Whitney Houston is coming to an end after she filed for a legal separation last month. As a result of 14 years marriage they have one 13-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

Brown has a history of legal troubles with support payments. In June 2004, he was sentenced to 90 days in prison for missing three months of payments.
