The FBI stole The Princess Diaries!

According to Rush & Mallory of the NY Daily News, the FBI has seized Anne Hathaway’s diaries during another raid on ex Raffaello Follieri’s pad. Other items taken during the raid include an antique Bible, personal documents, watches, a Tiffany clock, and personal photos of the couple.

The 25-year-old actress is also said to have changed her phone numbers and cut off all ties to her ex.

“Raffaello is doing very badly,” says a friend who revealed that Follieri was hospitalized for an anxiety attack the day he was locked up. “He says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.”
Last month, Follieri was arrested on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and money laundering.

From 2004 until June 2008, Hathaway was in a relationship with Italian real estate developer Raffaello Follieri. On June 24, 2008, Follieri was arrested on fraud charges for allegedly fleecing investors out of millions of dollars in a phony scheme involving purchasing Catholic properties in the U.S. for re-development. The FBI alleged that he posed as a financial representative of the Vatican and had duped people into investing in his fraudulent fund as recently as May 2008. Court papers state that Hathaway was an unwitting beneficiary of the stolen money which had in large part paid for Follieri's opulent lifestyle of jet-setting, shopping sprees and fine dining. The judge in the case set bail at $21 million with a stipulation that Follieri must remain under house arrest upon being released on bond. Currently, Hathaway is not facing charges nor is under any investigation in regards to these allegations.
