Jessica Alba shows her baby girl on a cover magazine. The star who gave birth to daughter Honor Marie Warren 5 1/2 weeks ago, opens up to OK! Magazine about being a new mom. Here’s what she had to say:

On her natural, hypnobirthing delivery: “I didn’t scream. It was really Zen. The labor was more like meditation. I did yoga breathing. I was focused.” (Cash marveled at his wife’s quiet strength when she gave birth, adding, “She didn’t make a sound. It was amazing.”)

On Honor bringing so much joy to her life: “It hasn’t totally sunk in. She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn’t seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she’s connected to the other world, or something. There’s no other way to explain it. It’s a miracle.”

On getting her post-baby body in shape: “”I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I’m doing it slow. Now I’m starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive.”
TMZ.com says that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren negotiated a $1.5 million deal for photos of baby Honor, also to OK!
