The former 22-year-old O.C. star, who wore cute black wedges with gold plates, was joined by stars like Alicia Keys, Russel Brandand his girlfriend Teresa Palmer, Peter Andre, and singer Lemar.
FYI: The Keep A Child Alive organization is an urgent response to the AIDS pandemic ravaging Africa. They provide life-saving medication, support, and orphan care, to keep children and families alive.
Barton is an ambassador for "Save the Children" and the "One Water" campaign which brings water to remote locations in Africa., and is on the board of the "Lupus Research Committee" in Los Angeles.
