CBS to bring back 19 shows next season

The U.S. television network CBS said it plans to bring back 19 current shows for its 2008-2009 season.

Set to return are CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,CSI: Miami,CSI: New York,Two and a Half Men,60 Minutes,Survivor and The Amazing Race.

Also returning are The Big Bang Theory,How I Met Your Mother,NCIS,Without a Trace,The New Adventures of Old Christine,Criminal Minds,Ghost Whisperer,NUMB3RS,Cold Case,The Unit,48 Hours Mystery and Crimetime Saturday, CBS said.

The vampire drama Moonlight, which debuted last fall and reportedly developed a small, but loyal fan base, was not on the list of programs set to return.
