Renee Zellweger's pet cat incredibly escaped death.
As ANI notes, the star's beloved puss, Grady, is recovering after being run over on a road in Connecticut.
"She got hit by a car... She's a little battered by it... She was hanging out on a country road and not paying attention, I suppose, and it got her in the head," said Renee.
"She's doing alright, she can't open the left eye very well right now and I think she might've gone a little deaf. She's a little less arrogant, you might say," added the actress.
In the meantime, Renee revealed she would only reprise her role as Bridget Jones if she was personally asked by the book's author.
