What Anna Nicole Smith’s will and testament say?
Moldova.ORG -- Anna Nicole Smith's will was publicly made known by her lawyer.
As Digital Spy reports Howard K Stern, her lover as well as her lawyer, read out her last will and testament on an American television channel, declaring that her daughter Dannielynn would inherit all her possessions. Nicole Smith's son Daniel, who dead last September, would have stood to inherit all.
"Everything went to her son Daniel. Now, because Daniel's gone and Dannielynn is an only child, everything goes to Dannielynn. Everything", said Stern.
Smith's desire was changed after her son's death last year, but was previously drawn up six years ago.
"I am named as the executor in that will. And I was also appointed or named as Daniel's guardian in that will. And again, that was way back in 2001", Stern continued.
