The request of blocking to release Alpha Dog declined
Moldova.ORG -- A US federal court declined an accused killer's request to block Friday's, January 12 release of new film “Alpha Dog”, according to FemaleFirst.
The US 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals rejected an argument from Jesse James Hollywood, who is accused in the 2000 slaying of a California teenager.
The movie, which stars Justin Timberlake, Sharon Stone and Bruce Willis and had its premiere last on 3rd January in Los Angeles, is based on the ill-famed acts Hollywood and his pals are accused of carrying out.
Hollywood's lawyers stated the movie would prejudice jurors in Santa Barbara County, where his case is to be heard.
Four men were convicted in the slaying of 15-year-old Nicholas Markowitz, allegedly over a drug debt owed by his brother.
Prosecutors in the case allege that Hollywood was the ringleader in the slaying.
