Stern brings back together with Anna Nicole's baby

Moldova.ORG -- The custody battle for Anna Nicole Simith's 5-month-old daughter went to the Bahamas.

Also the ownership of the home Smith and Howard K. Stern shared is in question, according to E! Online.

Smith said the home was hers, but real domain developer G. Ben Thompson said the house was his and he simply let Smith live there. So, it must determine the real owner.

An autopsy was inconclusive on the cause of 39 year-old Smith death.

Stern filed a report with Nassau's Royal Bahamian Police after he noticed items, such as computer equipment, drawings and paintings, missing from the home, as UPI reports.

Smith's mother traveled to the Bahamas to claim custody of Dannielynn.

Dannielynn's dad can be Stern, Larry Birkhead, a California photographer or Prince Frederic von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband.
