Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Reynolds are engaged
A representative for Scarlett Johansson confirmed the Hollywood actress is engaged to her Canadian actor boyfriend Ryan Reynolds.
"They're both thrilled," Marcel Pariseau told People magazine.
The couple, who have been dating for about a year, haven't set a wedding date, the report said.
Johansson's acting career debuted in Hollywood with her role in The Horse Whisperer. She followed with major roles as Rebecca in Ghost World, Charlotte in Lost in Translation, Griet in Girl with a Pearl Earring, Francesca in The Perfect Score and Nola in Match Point. Most of her performances received positive critical notice.
Reynolds' film credits include "Definitely, Maybe," "Just Friends," "Blade: Trinity" and "Van Wilder."
