Sarah Jessica Parker @ Sex and the City premiere

Sarah Jessica Parker is still looking gorgeous at the premiere of her newest movie- Sex and the City. Some time I wish there was no final like this. I would like to see at least one more season of the movie. But if the stars decided it will be better, let it be.

SJP dazzles in a strapless silver Nina Ricci gown at the Sex And The City premiere at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday in New York City.
Forbes interviewed SJP about the fashion choices of the show having a massive impact on the success of many companies. On how SATC picks the fashions and the products, SJP said, “We always have tried to be very consistent with Carrie Bradshaw. There was a time when I was a less modest dresser. When you’re off the market, you also change. It’s more refined. In this movie, it’s a higher-end designer look, but it’s still mixed with a $3 skirt or a tutu. I didn’t think about labels.”

Here is a little review of her very first premiere of the movie that was made in London.

The four leading female stars hit the red carpet in London in cleverly tailored designer gowns, but once again it was Parker who stood out – for a slightly odd reason: on top of her blond curls, the actress sported a green Philip Treacy hat that looked more like a shrub or a wedding centerpiece than anything else.

Parker wore a prom-like pistachio Alexander McQueen dress and matching pumps, but it was her hat that took center stage. Some would say they expected no less from the quirky actress whose character Carrie Bradshaw has often pioneered bold, new, slightly over-the-top styles. We could therefore say that she stayed in character for the Leicester Square red carpet session that preceded the world premiere of the hotly anticipated £30million SATC movie, which comes to continue the adventures of the four stiletto-loving New Yorkers four years after the cult TV show ended production in February 2004.

The hat in question – complete with fake flowers and clinging green butterflies – is the work of Philip Treacy, an Irish designer known for his "surreal and sculptural" creations, and some of us may argue that although interesting enough and in keeping with Parker's gown and shoes, it screams for attention and gets it for the wrong reasons. It spells stylish haute-couture just a tad outrageous – but in a rather tense manner. And with her firmly established fashionista reputation and the support of hundreds of thousands of fans all over the world a certainty, Sarah Jessica Parker would have gotten just as much attention without the wacky headpiece.
