Sandra Bullock's husband wins custody child to porn star Janine
Sandra Bullock’s ex husband Jesse James finally got through the custody battle over his child.
Jesse James has a child with a former porn star Janine Lindemulder.
In November 2009, Bullock’s husband entered into a custody battle with his ex wife.
This Monday was a lucky one for Jesse James, as he won the custody of 5-year-old daughter- Sunny.
A judge has now ordered to Lindemulder, that was released from prison in July after serving a short sentence for tax evasion, would receive visitation rights for at least the next 60 days, while James maintained his full custody of the girl.
Lindemulder's request for overnight visits, but has been denied, the judge will allow her to keep her daughter overnight on Christmas Eve as long as she agrees to return the child to James by noon on Christmas.
