Sandra Bullock's husband violates clean-air rules
Moldova.ORG -- Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James was fined $271,250 for violating California's clean-air rules.
According to FemaleFirst the fine was imposed by the California Air Resources Board, which alleges 50 of “Monster Garage” host and co-producer' custom-built chopper bikes violated rules by not having state certified emissions equipment on their exhaust systems.
As a result the bikes sold between 1998 and 2005, were giving off hydrocarbons at up to 10 times the state limits, said Paul Jacobs, chief of the board's Mobile Sources Enforcement branch. 
James, who also hosts and co-produces Motorcycle Mania, wasn’t accessible for comment.
