Rourke nabbed for DUI on a Vespa
Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke was arrested in Miami Beach Thursday morning for allegedly riding his Vespa while intoxicated.
Rourke, known for his roles in "Sin City" and "Barfly," was nabbed by police after he left the nightclub Mansion, hopped on his Vespa with an unidentified companion and made a U-turn, the Palm Beach Post reported.
Page Two photographer Fred Montana said he was out looking for Jennifer Lopez, who had been in town performing earlier in the evening, when he saw Rourke get pulled over.
"The cop says to him: 'You swerved right in front of me.' And Mickey answered: 'No, no, dude, I'm all right,'" Montana told the Post.
Police said the actor had a flushed face and red and watery eyes, and was slurring his speech at the time of his arrest.
Rourke, who lives near the club, allegedly failed field-sobriety tests before being taken to headquarters for a breath test, the Post said.
