Rai, Kingsley to star in Taj Mahal tale
Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai has signed on to co-star with Britain's Ben Kingsley in a feature film about the Taj Mahal, the BBC said Wednesday.
Rai, the 33-year-old star of "Bride and Prejudice" and "Provoked," will play the role of Mumtaz Mahal, the favorite wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the $30 million as-yet-unnamed film, which will be shot in India.
