Nicole Scherzinger goes for 'Rent' this summer
Nicole Scherzinger is set to play Maureen in a production of Rent this summer!
The 31-year-old singer and DWTS champ will join Vanessa Hudgens in a Neil Patrick Harris-directed production of the Broadway hit this August in Hollywood.
“Nicole had a wonderful audition - she was well prepared, sang beautifully, and had us all laughing,” NPH told BroadwayWorld. “If only she was somewhat attractive and didn’t have two left feet… I’m very excited to have finally finished the casting process, and look forward to rolling up my sleeves and start rehearsing.”
Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough has won the Dancing with the Stars during the season finale back in May.
