Mischa Barton is arrested on DUI
Mischa Barton better known for her role as Marissa Cooper in the American television series The O.C., was arrested early this morning for driving under the influence.
Also, she was retained for possession of a prescription medicine without a prescription and driving without a license.
She was stopped by police during the early morning hours in West Hollywood, California when Barton "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn."
Police discovered during the traffic stop that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."
This seems the first reported incident of the 21 years old actress. She was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
