Madonna: Glee's Madonna episode is 'Brilliant on every level'
Madonna has checked out the new Glee episode featuring her music - and loved it!
The Material Girl, 51, called the episode “brilliant,” according to Us Weekly, adding, “The dialogue and the entire script was genius. I completely appreciated the layers of irony, especially when all those macho boys sang ‘What It Feels Like For A Girl’.”
“I also loved the fantastic performances of ‘Vogue,’ ‘Express Yourself’ and all the messages about the boys being respectful to girls,” Madonna continued.
Apparently the entire family got into the episode: “[Daughter] Lola loved the show too,” Madonna concluded. “I wish I went to a high school like that…If only.”
Glee’s “The Power of Madonna” episode airs today (April 20) at 9/8c on FOX!
