Lindsay Lohan's deposition in lawsuit to videotape

Lindsay Lohan is not a bad girl anymore, but the paparazzi are still chasing her. Maybe they are waiting until the actress will make mistakes again.

But after her rehab time she became more relaxed and she is quite doing well.

On Wednesday a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled her deposition in an ongoing lawsuit can be videotaped.

The actress is being sued by victim Raymundo Ortega for crashing her Mercedes-Benz into his red van in Hollywood, after allegedly drinking at celebrity hotspot The Ivy.

Lohan's attorneys have been attempting to have plans for the star to give evidence on videotape scrapped, amid fears the footage could later be sold on for a large amount of cash.

"If a single picture of Ms. Lohan can sell for thousands of dollars, a videotape of the deposition will undoubtedly sell for tens of thousands of dollars, or more," they claimed.

Ortega is seeking $200,000 in damages stemming from the incident.
