Lindsay Lohan - back to jail?

Actress Lindsay Lohan confirmed on her Twitter page that she had failed a court-ordered drug and alcohol screening. And this is just after few weeks after being released from jail and going through a rehabilitation program.
"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test," she wrote.
In another post, Lohan added "... Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future."
Under the terms of probation set by Judge Elden S. Fox in August, Lohan was "advised that any positive or missed test will result in 30-day jail sentence."
Los Angeles court officials said Lohan's probation had been revoked and a formal warrant for her arrest had been issued, but held until Friday, when she must appear in court.
