How was the Jolie - Brad Christmas with Colombian refugees?
Moldova.ORG -- Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt revealed they spent Christmas Day with Costa Rican refugees in Colombia as part of Angelina’s work as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, as FemaleFirst reports.
The Hollywood famous couple met refugee children and their families as well as Costa Rican officials.
“We had a marvelous Christmas Day with the Costa Rican people and the families of the Colombian refugees that we met”, said Angelina in a statement.
“My Christmas message to Colombian refugees and to the millions of displaced people in Colombia is that the world has not totally forgotten them”, added the Hollywood beauty. 
Earlier in the day, Angelina described the situation as “the greatest humanitarian tragedy in the Western Hemisphere”: an estimated 500,000 people have fled Columbia after years of conflict, with around 11,500 crossing through Panama into Costa Rica.
