Hilary Swank is still Million Dollar Baby

Hilary Swank is best known for here appearance in Million Dollar Baby (2004) along to Clint Eastwood. Her role in the movie impressed critics, fans and moreover Hilary her self.

As the movie had a real success, I am sure that when you say or hear Hilary Swank you got the million dollar baby image in front of your eyes.

In Hollywood she is admired for her look that is still in front of our eyes as she was in that movie. Her performance was so great that she was awarded with lots of prices that she really deserved them.

Swank worked hard for her performance in the Million Dollar Baby movie, and reduced her body fat to seven percent in preparation for the role. Many critics hailed hers as the best female performance of 1999, her co-star, Chloë Sevigny, had her performance singled out as well. Swank's work ultimately won her the Golden Globe and Oscar for Best Actress. She subsequently won the Best Actress Oscar and Golden Globe again for playing a boxer in Clint Eastwood's Oscar-winning, a role for which she underwent training in the ring and gained 19 pounds of muscle.

Her portrayal of "Baby's" Maggie Fitzgerald was a tour de force of physical training and discipline.

The 2004 film is about a hardened trainer/manager (Eastwood) who works with a woman (Swank) with nothing to lose in her drive to make it as a real boxer. The film took four Oscars including Best Motion Picture of the Year, Best Director, Best Lead Actress and Best Supporting Actor.

Swank trained with boxing coach Hector Roca at Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, New York. Swank dedicated four hours a day lifting weights, and boxing for six days a week.

Her other work included a protein diet, eating in 90 minute intervals, and allowing her body to rest a full nine hours at night.

Fitness experts know most of us do not have this kind of time to devote, but simple changes daily can make for visible results. She’s the girl, cause no one would resist as long as she did.
