Eva Longoria’s husband sues web site
Eva Longoria has a real interesting role in the Desperate Housewives series, playing wiht men, but that is just a movie, not a reality. Last week a website said that husband Tony Parker is cheating on Longoria.
Tony Parker sued a celebrity gossip Web site that published stories claiming he had an affair with a French model Alexandra Paressant. He sued the web site for alleging it posted a series of "false and defamatory" stories claiming Parker cheated on his wife, actress Eva Longoria.
If he wins, he may get $40 million in damages.
"I love my wife. She's the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier," Mr Parker said.
"Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband," Ms Longoria added.
There were also rumours that Eva is pregnant, and she will have to leave the Desperate Housewives project. Although they are now married, Eva's boss Marc Cherry has insisted that Eva does not get pregnant for a year as it hasn't been written into the storylines for Desperate Housewives during the fourth season (2007-2008).
Eva herself said she wants to concentrate on the TV series and so has put babies on hold.
