Chris Noth welcomes a boy
The star Chris Noth probably best known for his character Mr.Big in Sex and the City became a father.
His longtime girlfriend Tara Wilson gave birth to a baby boy about seven-pound, 10-ounce on Friday.
Orion Christopher Noth is the first child of the couple.
The couple spokesperson said “I am happy to confirm that Chris Noth and Tara Wilson are the proud parents of a happy and healthy baby boy.”
Wilson met Noth in 2002 while working at the actor's New York bar, the Cutting Room. The couple starred together in the soon to be released indie film Frame of Mind with Noth as a journalist and Wilson in a supporting role, according to the New York Daily News. Noth and Wilson also recently opened a teahouse together in Windsor, Ontario called Once Upon a Tea Cup.
