Carrey and McCarthy aren’t Cruise and Holmes or Pitt and Jolie!
Jim Carrey laughed off rumos he and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy are now a Hollywood "power couple" because they have been given their own superstar nickname.
The “Bruce Almighty” star appeared on “The Late Show” with David Letterman where the talk show host asked him about his personal life.
"It's been written about a lot. Me and Jenny McCarthy are together. You know, it's interesting, I've always dreamed of being a power couple in Hollywood. That's one of the big things I'm after”, explained jokingly Carrey. 
"They (the media) have started calling us Jimeny, which is obviously a sign of respect. I wondered about it for awhile, then I thought, 'What a great, fantastic tradition that is!”
"To be part of that tradition is amazing, to be Tomkat (Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes) and Brangelina (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie), and going back to Markapatra (Mark Antony and Cleopatra) and Napolaphine (Napoleon Bonaparte and Josephine). So, it's not such a bad thing, really!", said the Hollywood actor.
