Carmen Electra ignored for Baywatch
Carmen Electra was snubbed by the bosses of the “Baywatch” film.
Electra, who shot to celebrity in the hit lifeguard drama, wasn’t offered a character part in the big screen adaptation of the hit TV show, according to FemaleFirst.
"I'm out. I've only heard about it through the press and nobody has contacted me to be in the film. I really enjoyed the reunion show we did through - it was fun to meet all the team again", said the 34 year-old actress.
The sexy model/actress, who starred in the US series next to David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, was ignored for the film.
Pamela was supposedly offered a cameo role in the movie.
The blonde actress is to make a guest appearance in the film adaptation which will star a younger crop of beauties instead of the original cast.
"Pammie will do a cameo in the movie. But for the main cast, they want to go with a new crop of hotties. The other producers spoke to Pamela about it and she said she'd love to do a cameo. For me it wouldn't be “Baywatch'” without her", said producer Eli Roth.
